- The Applicant has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the HHCU Program Applicant General Terms and Conditions.
- The Applicant satisfies the Eligibility Criteria published at .
- The Applicant is applying for the HHCU Rebate.
- The Applicant understands that:
- the Applicant is solely responsible for selecting an Approved Supplier and for satisfying themself that the Property is suitable for installation of the Eligible Product; and
- the Rebate will be paid directly to the Approved Supplier who undertakes the supply and organises installation of the Eligible Product (and, where relevant, decommissioning of an existing heater, and where required, switchboard upgrades), and that the Rebate will not be paid directly to the Applicant.
- The Applicant understands that they will be required to pay to the Approved Supplier the difference between the Rebate amount and the total cost of the works.
- The Applicant owns the Property as identified in this application and can consent to the installation of a split system reverse cycle air conditioner (RCAC), and where relevant, decommissioning of an existing heater and/or a required electrical switchboard upgrade.
- The Applicant lives at the Property where the RCAC is to be installed, or is the rental provider for the Property
- All information disclosed to support this application for the HHCU Rebate is true, complete, accurate and not misleading.
- Solar Victoria may reject or cancel an application for a HHCU Rebate, or if Solar Victoria has already paid the HHCU Rebate to the Approved Supplier, seek reimbursement from the Approved Supplier, under certain circumstances as provided in the HHCU Program Applicant General Terms and Conditions.
