The Victorian Government is helping 250,000 low-income and vulnerable households improve their thermal comfort by offering rebates to upgrade gas, electric and wood heaters with energy efficient reverse cycle split systems. 

Considered upgrading your gas, electric or wood heater to an energy-efficient reverse-cycle system?

Concession card holders and households with an income under $90,000 can now save $1,000 when making the switch.

Updated advice on restrictions for the small scale construction industry

As announced by the Victorian Government, some restrictions have been lifted in regional Victoria, from 11.59pm Thursday 9 September. From 11.59 on Wednesday, 15 September, Shepparton’s restrictions have been lifted while Ballarat has been placed under the same restrictions as metropolitan Melbourne, aside from the curfew, until 11.59pm on Wednesday, 22 September.

We have been advised that restrictions for small-scale construction will remain in place across both regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne.
